Tata to seal Jaguar, Land Rover deal on Mar 26

New Delhi, March 25th 2008: After fevered speculations and several postponements, India"s Tata Motors is finally set to become the new owner of two of the world's best-known luxury car models- Jaguar and Land Rover - on March 26.

According to Dodgson, a representative of Ford workers Tata has agreed to retain the manufacturing base of the two marques in Britain and source the supply of engines and transmission from Britain.
