Promoters increase stake in Zicom to 10.19 pc

New Delhi, Mar 25: Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd today said its promoters, Progressive Equifin Pvt Ltd and Success Equifin Pvt Ltd, have increased stake in the company from 9.6 per cent to 10.19 per cent.

The promoters have bought 75,264 shares (0.59 per cent) of Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd in the open market to strengthen their shareholding in the Company, said a statement.
