Hizbul militant killed in encounter in Jammu and Kashmir

Srinagar, Mar 25 : A Hizbul Mujahideen militant was killed today in an encounter with the Security Forces in Jammu and Kashmir.

Fifty-nine Rashtriya Rifle troops launched a search operation in Gulabgarh belt of Reasi district on a specific information, around 0730 hours today, defence spokesman said.

During the encounter, which is continuing, one Hizbul militant was killed and an AK rifle and large amount of ammunition were recovered.
