Cholamandalam DBS board approves private placement of Rs 4,500 cr

New Delhi, Mar 25 (UNI) Cholamandalam DBS Finance Ltd today said its Board has approved the issue of short term non-convertible debentures up to an amount of Rs 4,500 crores on private placement.

The issue will be to various investors like Mutual Funds, Institutions, Banks, Bodies corporate or other agencies, said a statement.
