APBL launches Baron for strong beer lovers
New Delhi, Mar 23 (UNI) With a view to capture market in the northern part of the country and targeting the strong beer lovers, Asia Pacific Breweries Limited (APBL) has launched 'Baron' here in 330ml and 650 ml bottles, priced at Rs 50.
The brand aims to carve a strong position for itself in the premium international strong beer segment and will be progressively rolled out in other parts of North India, the company said in a statement.
Brewed under the supervision of Heineken NV's technical wing, Baron offers consumers a strong and high quality premium beer using malt, hops and yeast imported from Europe.
India is one of the fastest growing beer markets in the world With this launch, the copmany aims to pioneer the development of the international premium strong beer segment in the country.
