50 youth on a 'Bike Rally' against Hognekal project by Tamil Nadu

Mysore, Mar 23 (UNI) A group of 50 youth, members of various Kannada organisations, today took out a 'Bike Rally' to Hoganekal in Chamarajanagara District to create awareness among the people about alleged illegal drinking water project taken up by Tamil Nadu Government.

The agitators have threatened to intensify their agitation if the Tamil Nadu Government did not stop the project. They also urged the Centre to intervene and solve the issue.

The agitation was spear headed by the Chamarajanagara-Hoganekal Horata Samithi.
