11 killed in two separate accidents in AP
Hyderabad, Mar 23 (UNI) Eleven people, including seven members of a family, were killed in two separate accidents in Andhra Pradesh today.
Police said three people, including a woman, were killed and five others injured when the ambulance in which they were travelling collided with a tipper at Kadapa town.
The injured were admitted to Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS).
In the other accident, eight people, including seven members of a family were killed when a car in which they were travelling collided with a van at Aroor village in Medak district.
Police said the car was proceeding from Shirdi to Hyderabad when the accident occurred.
Two persons injured in the accident were admitted to Gandhi Hospital.
The victims were from Bilalpur village in Ranga Reddy district.
The deceased included three women and two children, police added.
