Indo-Japan firms to ink JV; eyes Rs 300 cr turnover
New Delhi, Mar 21 (UNI) Ghaziabad Precision Products (GPP), which manufactures engine and transmission parts, will form a joint venture with Japanese group Kasuya Seiko Co Ltd for manufacturing engine components with an aim to garner Rs 300 crore annual turnover.
The JV called Kasuya GPP Auto Products Pvt Ltd, which is slated to be inked on March 23, targets to achieve Rs 300 crore annual turnover, a statement said here today.
The JV will manufacture and market engine valve-train parts, chassis parts and other to meet the growing demand of the current and latest generation vehicles in the country and abroad.
Kasuya Seiko is engaged in the manufacturing and sale in Japan of diesel engines, chassis and other parts.
