Christians observe Good Friday

Kottayam, Mar 21: Christians today observed Good Friday with religious devotion marking the sufferings and crucifixion of Jesus Christ.

Believers spent the day in fast and prayers. Priests, Bishops and other heads of different churches across the state gave messages.

''Kurisinta Vazhi,'' a procession in remembrance of the Journey of Jesus Christ to Calvary bearing the cross, was taken out at different parts of the State.
