Bihar Governor and CM greet people on todays festivities
Patna, Mar 21 (UNI) Bihar Governor R S Gavai and chief minister Ntish Kumar greeted the people on the occassion of Holi, Eid-Miladun Nabi, Good Friday and Nav Roz today.
In his message the Governor describing the Holi as a unique festival said people irrespective of their religious and cultural differences took part in it.
Similarly the day was also being celebrated as Good Friday, a holy day for the Christians, Eid Miladun Nabi and Navroz as those of the Muslim and the Parsi communities.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in his message called upon the people to celebrate the festivals with due honour and by maintaining peace, brotherhood and communal harmony so that everybody could enjoy the festivals in their respective manners.
