YSR to inaugurate Arugula Raja Ram Guthpa Scheme tomorrow

Hyderabad, Mar 17 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy would inaugurate Arugula Raja Ram Guthpa Lift Irrigation Scheme at Nizamabad tomorrow.

Dr Reddy said the ultimate aim of the Government was to irrigate every inch of land in Telangana, and for that reason more than half of the total irrigation outlay was spent on projects in Telangana.

The State Government had proposed to create irrigation potential in 5,80,843 acres in the Khariff season, 2008, through the ongoing projects, an official release said.
