Traffic chaos as SAD Mann stages Dharna on arrest of Parveen

Patiala, Mar 17 (UNI) The traffic in the city today went out of control When Sikh organisation and SAD-Mann leaders staged Dharna at Mall road against the arrest of Parveen, alleged human bomb, by Haryana police on March 14 from here.

Parveen was arrested by Haryana police alleging that she was prepared as human bomb by KCF terrorist Bakhseesh Singh, main master mind of the attack on Baba Gurmit Singh Ram Rahim last month near Pipli-Hrayana.

Addressing the protesters, the leaders demanded immediate release of Parveen by Haryana police, alleging that the Haryana police falsely implicated her and warned that if their demands was not met they would 'Ghreaeo' the Punajb Vidhan Sabha.

The speakers also demanded Punjab Government should take action against those police officers who have facilitated Haryana police for the arrest of Parveen.

Since one road was closed due to construction of rail over bridge and another due to Dhrana- the traffic in the city and inter- district came to standstill today.
