London, Mar 16 : Nadine Coyle is about to walk out of all-girl band Girls Aloud, and has reportedly entered into a bar-room brawl.
The singer, who is set to play her last gig with the all-girl band in June, is opening an Irish pub in the LA seaside resort of Santa Monica.
But the Derry-born stunner, who has splashed a lot of money in buying three existing boozers, is facing stiff opposition from the locals.
None of the owners of the local pubs want to sell and have threatened her not to build her own pub otherwise she will lose large amount of fortune.
"If she thinks she'll come here and take customers from us, or any of the Irish bars, she's in for a shock," The Daily Star quoted Willie O'Sullivan, who runs O'Brien's Pub in Santa Monica, as saying.
"Our regulars are extremely loyal and Nadine could lose a fortune. Pop star gimmicks just aren't going to work," O'Sullivan added.
