Paris Hilton and Benji Madden's romance is no 'hoax'

Washington, Mar 15 : American socialite Paris Hilton insists that her romance with 'Good Charlotte' guitarist Benji Madden is not a hoax.

In an interview on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show, the 26-year-old admitted that her relationship with the rocker is real and genuine.

"It's not a hoax!" Usmagazine.com quoted her as saying.

"I'm really happy. I feel very safe and secure. He's a great guy.

"He's been my friend for a couple of years now, and we're really happy," she added.

Benji even presented Paris with the rings matching their initials ' BM' and 'PH'.

"That was a very special present I got, He's really sweet," she said.

Hilton and Madden first made their relationship public on February 21, smooching at Hollywood hot spot Villa.
