New Delhi, March 14, 2008 : Aamir Khan, one of Bollywood"s highly acclaimed and prominent National Award-winning actor celebrates his 43rd birthday on 14 March.

His first appearance on the silver screen was as a child actor in his Uncle Nasir Hussain's film Yaadon Ki Baaraat in 1973. Khan's career started eleven years later with the film, Holi in1984. But his first commercial success came with his cousin Mansoor Khan's film Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak in 1988.
