Temperature shoots up as clouds clear

New Delhi, Mar 14 (UNI) With the clouds disappearing from the Delhi skyline, a sharp increase in temperature was witnessed today.

The maximum temperature was recorded at 31 degrees Celsius, which was four degrees more than yesterday's. The minimum stood at 13.2 degrees Celsius, around four degrees less than recorded yesterday.

Though the Met office had predicted partly cloudy sky today, a sunny day increased the maximum temperature.

A further rise in temperature is expected in the next four days.
