Patna Civil Court lawyers resort to indefinite strike
Patna, Mar 14 (UNI) Protesting against the hike in judicial fees, Patna Civil Court lawyers today went on an indefinite strike paralysing functioning of the court.
The lawyers' decision to go on strike was taken at a meeting of Patna district lawyers' association here this evening.
Meanwhile, Bihar Young Lawyers Welfare Committee has decided to organise a phase-wise agitation to press for the withdrawal of the hike in judicial fee.
'' We would also hold protest march on March 18 in the capital city here to this effect,'' the Comittee spokesman Sanjay Manu said adding that their protest would continue till their demand was met.
