Resurvey of land in Kerala to be completed in 3 yrs

Thiruvananthapuram, Mar 13: Kerala Revenue Minister K P Rajendran today informed the State Assembly that resurvey of land in the state would be completed within three years.

Replying to questions, he said only 50 per cent of the total area of the state could be covered under resurvey during the past several decades.

Steps have been taken to speed up the process, the Minister said, adding that digitisation of land records, carried out successfully at Thycaud in the city, would be implemented throughout the state in a phased manner.
