Speciality Papers Board to consider calling off preferential issue
New Delhi, Mar 12 (UNI) Speciality Papers Limited, manufacturers of paper and paper related products, today said its Board will meet to decide whether to call-off the preferential issue due to prevailing adverse market conditions.
The meeting, to be held on March 14, 2008, will also take a decision on the issuance of Bonus and decide the ratio for issuing bonus shares.
