Gail clarifies on issuance of bonus shares
New Delhi, Mar 12 (UNI) Gail India today said its board has not considered any proposal pertaining to issuance of Bonus Shares as indicated by some reports .
According to reports published yesterday it was stated that the board is considering a proposal to issue bonus shares in 2-3 months.
However, a company statement issued here today declined any such proposal.
