BPTP group seals largest land deal for Rs 5006 crore

Mumbai, Mar 11 (UNI) In a landmark achievement, BPTP Group, one of the fastest emerging real estate developers, has won the country's largest land deal for Rs 5006 crore for 95 acres of prime commercial land at Noida, along Noida and Greater Noida Expressway.

BPTP Group was one of the bidders for this Commercial complex bid along with three other real estate developers like DLF, OMAXE, Ansal Properties and Infrastructure. The total cost of the land deal is Rs.

5006 Crore. The reserve price for the bid was Rs 77,000 per sq. m, according to a company release here.

The 94 acre commercial complex will cater to shoppers living along or commuting via the expressway and will have a total covered area of 25 percent, with a floor area ratio of 2.0. Uttar Pradesh Industrial Consultants (UPICO) was the consultants appointed by the authorities for selection of the developers and other matters.
