ACC divests Machinery to HNG for Rs 45 cr

Mumbai, Mar 11: Cement major ACC Ltd today divested its wholly owned Subsidiary ACC Machinery Company Ltd (AMCL) to HNG Group for Rs 45 crore. The company in a release here said that the Subsidiary recorded a turnover of Rs 63.24 crore for the year ended December 31, 2007 with profits after tax being Rs 9.75 crore.
