Essilor India acquires 20 20 Rx Processing center of Hyderabad

Bangalore, Mar 10 (UNI) City based Essilor India Pvt. Ltd. subsidiary of Essilor International, one of the global leaders in spectacle lenses, today acquired the majority stake in a Hyderabad based 20 20 Rx Processing Centre, an existing franchises of the company.

In a press release issued here today by Essilor India, it was stated that with the acquisition of majority stake with the Hyderabad based 20 20 Rx, would help to develop and grow Indian optical market through its own entity.

Managing Director of Essilor India Pvt. Ltd. B. Jayanth said "this new JV is a demonstration of Essilor's commitment to the opticians of Andhra Pradesh to help them give their customers superior brands and products".
