CEAT to devp portion of factory land at Rs 130 cr

Mumbai, Mar 10: Ceat today announced its agreement with Ashford Infotech for the development of 6.92 acres of its factory land at Bhandup here for a consideration of Rs 130 crore.

The company in a release, clarified that the transaction would not impact CEAT's existing tyre manufacturing operations or affect its existing workmen, as the ongoing operations would continue on the balance portion of about 24 acres of land at the same location.
