'Shobha Devep' launches residential villas

Bangalore, Mar 8: Sobha Developers announced the launch of its first residential villas project - Sobha Lifestyle - near Bangalore International Airport at Devanahalli. Company MD J C Sharma told reporters here today that the project is spread across 55 acres, with 165 villas measuring from 5,000 to 10,000 sq ft.

Located just seven km from the International Airport Sobha Lifestyle was estimated to cost Rs 260 crore and was expected to be completed in 2010, he added.
