Soren not in hurry to become union minister
Bokaro, Mar 7 (UNI) Former Coal Minister and president of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha Sibu Soren today said he was in no hurry to become a union minister.
''I will not refuse to join the central cabinet if offered, but certainly not in a hurry to do so,'' Mr Soren told UNI today.
Expressing pleasure over the court's decision of absolving him and 13 others in the thirty-three year old Chirrudih massacre case of Jamtara, Mr Soren said it was the victory of truth.
Yesterday, a Jamtara court acquitted 14 people, including JMM chief Sibu Soren, in the much-hyped Chirrudih massacre case in which about 11 people were killed in Chirridih village under Narayapur police station area of Jamtara district on January 23, 1975.
