Andhra Bank enters into MoU with Bank of Baroda General Insurance
New Delhi, Mar 5 (UNI) Andhra Bank today said it has signed a Subscription and Shareholders Agreement with Bank of Baroda and Legal and General Insurance, UK to launch life insurance operations.
The agreement was signed yesterday and the Memorandum of Understanding for the joint venture was signed on November 16, 2007, company statement said.
