UP: Truck accident kills 11 people near Agra

Agra, Mar 5: Eleven kanwarias were killed and eight others injured when a truck overturned in Hathras district, near Sikandra Mau in Uttar Pradesh.

Superintendent of police, Agra, Abhimanyu Tripathi told UNI that the truck, loaded with cement, overturned at Khemgari Temple on Sikandra Kasganj Road, near Sikandra Mau, when more than a dozen people were passing by yesterday late night. He said, eight people were killed on the spot and three died in the hospital early morning. Eight others were also injured in the accident.
