Two NPCC workers kidnapped in Tripura

kidnapped two workers of National Projects Construction Company Ltd (NPCC).

Police said the victims-Kitab Ali(26) and Arup Das(25) were engaged by NPCC to carry out survey for constructing roads in interior parts of Gandacherra in SE Tripura. A group of armed militants kidnapped them at gunpoint yesterday but they did not ask for any ransom, police said and added a special drive was launched to rescue the kidnapped.
