Vajja Tech to man call centre services at GHIAL
Hyderabad, Mar 1 (UNI) GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL), the developer of Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad, has awarded the contract for setting up and running call centre services to Vajja Technologies Private Limited.
The call centre, which began its functioning today, will work in two shifts till March 10 and later a 24-hour service manned by trained staff.
Customers could use this service to get information on features and facilities available at the Airport, Shamshabad near here, at a phone call, a company release said.
Mr Rajgopal Swami, CFO, GMR GHIAL, said "We are happy to be associated with Vajja Technologies for setting up this call centre.
To begin with, people can call the toll free number 1800 102 2008 between 0600 hrs and 2000 hrs on any day.
However, from March 10, the service would be available round the clock.
Vajja Technologies Managing Director Venkata Ramana said ''we consider winning this contract as a milestone. We are proud and honoured to be a part of GHAIL's airport project and confident of delivering world-class call-center customer care services.
