Paswan rule out possibility of early Lok Sabha polls

Alwar, Mar 1(UNI) Lok Janshakti Party president and Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan today ruled out possibility of early Lok Sabha elections and said it would be held in due time.

Talking to newspersons here today Mr Paswan said the UPA Government at the Centre was enjoying full support from all quarters including the Left parties.

He said neither there was a threat to the Government nor the UPA leadership presently having intention to go for early polls.

He expressed satisfaction over "good Budget" and said this Budget did take care of all sections of the society.

The Union Minister said the Budget had also silenced those critics of the UPA who were disrupting the proceedings in Parliament over farmers' issues.

Over his party's role in Rajasthan, Mr Paswan hinted that he would oppose the Congress as well as BJP in the next Assembly elections due to be held by November this year.

He said his party would contest on all 200 seats in the state's Assembly elections on its own.
