Winter vacation extended by week in J and K schools

Jammu, Feb 29 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir government has extended vacation in educational institutions falling under winter zone by one week, official sources today said.

All the educational institutions up to higher secondary level, including recognised private schools, located in snowbound areas of Kashmir division (excluding Leh and Kargil) and like areas of Kathua and Doda districts in Jammu division will re-open on March 10, instead of March 3.
