Mumbai, Feb 29, 2008 : Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt and his wife Manyata have filed a joint declaration with South Goa's registration authorities seeking the withdrawal of their marriage declaration filled before the South Goa Sub Registrar.

The couple filled an application before the Salcete Sub-Registrar saying that they do not wish to solemnise their marriage under the Portuguese Civil Code, 1867.
