Undertrial prisoner escapes from Hospital
Ahmedabad, Feb 29 (UNI) An undertrial prisoner gave police the slip and escaped from the Civil Hospital today.
According to police sources, Munnavar alias Munno Kamruddin Sheikh was brought to the Civil Hospital from Sabarmati Central Jail for medical treatment this morning. However, he managed to flee this afternoon.
Munno was arrested by police on charges of loot and kidnapping recently.
A man-hunt has been launched to track him, police sources added.
