PNB to raise Upper Tier II bond for Rs 500 cr

Mumbai, Feb 29: Punjab National Bank today started its exercise to raise Rs 500 crore Upper Tier II Bonds Issue series III through private placement.The subscription will close on March 3. The Bank has retained the option to retain over subscription, according to an intimation in the BSE.
