HC directs State on gold theft at temple

Kochi, Feb 28 (UNI) Kerala High Court today directed the State Government to take instructions on a petition seeking CBI inquiry into the gold theft at Sri Poornatreyasara Temple in Thripunithura.

The Division Bench comprising Justice S P R Raman and V K Mohanan gave the direction while hearing the petition.

Around one kg of gold was found missing from 'Swarna Kolam' in the temple.
