SVO produces two challans against J

Srinagar, Feb 27 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Vigilance Organisation (VO) has produced two more challans in a local court against revenue and Excise officials, who were caught red handed accepting bribe.

A VO spokesman said a challan was filed in the court against Mohammad Razaq, patwari halqa Chinore, who was caught red handed demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 1000 from one Rattan Lal Koul for attention of mutation of land in favour of his wife.

Another challan was produced against cashier Rakesh Kumar Mehra, of Excise Range officer Kathua, who demanded and accepted a bribe of Rs 10,000 from a complainant last year.
