J'khand HC reserves its decision on election of Mayor
Ranchi, Feb 27 (UNI) Jharkhand High Court today reserved its judgment in connection with Mayor of Ranchi Municipal Corporation election.
A division bench comprising Justice M Y Eqbal and Justice D K Sinha passed the order while hearing writ petitions, filed by the state Election Commission and others.
The court after hearing all the parties reserved the judgment.
Earlier, the court had reserved the judgment on the issue of providing 35 election observers of Joint Secretary rank to the state Election Commission and enforcing model code of conduct in the Municipal area from the notification till the final result.
The Municipal election in the state is slated for March 25.
