Hindustan Motors launches Mitsubishi Cedia LPG

Jalandhar, Feb 27: Hindustan Motors (HM) today launched Mitsubishi Cedia, with factory fitted Auto LPG.

Latest new generation alternate fuel technology, provided by Italy-based company, has been used in the Cedia Auto LPG, said HM and Mitsubishi Motors division Sales Head Sumit Seth at the launch here today. In the city, it is launched with a price tag of Rs 8,30,000, he added. ''The Common Rail Gas Injection with Sequent Technology. keeps the car emissions extremely low,''he said adding, ''the Cedia Auto LPG is cleaner, greener and pocket friendly in addition to being synonymous with exhilaration, excitement and power.''

About the added features in the car, he said the car has automatic switching to petrol mode and vice-versa with the help of ergonomically placed electronic changeover switch.

A car could cover a distance of 1,000 km on full capacity in petrol and LPG, he said adding that sufficient safety precautions have been taken in section of multi-valve fuel tank and wiring harness.
