Gold at all time high; Silver ends at two year high

Mumbai, Feb 27 (UNI) Gold today spurted to an all time high at Rs 12,345 per ten gm and Silver closed at a two year high at Rs 23,765 per kg on strong advice from global markets along with marriage season demand from jewellery makers, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association (BBA) said.

The white metal rose by Rs 1120 pr kg and Gold by Rs 290 per ten gm from their last close.

Following are the closing rates of spot silver and gold: Silver (per kg) 999 fines grade : Rs 23,765 (22,645) Gold (per 10 gm) Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 12,345 (12,055) Gold 99.9 purity pure gold : Rs 12,400 (12,115).
