D E Shaw invests USD 250 mn in Wadhawan Group

Mumbai, Feb 27 (UNI) Mauritius-based D E Shaw Composite Investment has invested USD 250 million in equity of Mack Star Marketing, a subsidiary of Wadhawan Group.

Mack Star Marketing is planning to develop a commercial complex on 54,000 sq mts of built up area at Swami Nityanand Marg, Andheri for which it has obtained rights from estate developer HDIL, a release said here today.
