Armed criminals abduct engineer, supervisor of a company

Sasaram, Feb 27 (UNI) Unidentified armed criminals abducted an engineer and a supervisor of a private company from its base camp at Chhotki Chenari, under Shivsagar Police Station of Rohtas district, in the wee hours today.

Police said a gang of unidentified criminals attacked the base camp of a private road construction company at Chhotki Chenari and kidnapped its engineer and supervisor at gun-point.

The reason behind the abduction is to extort ransom from the company, sources said.

Meanwhile, an FIR had been lodged in the concerned police station and raids were on to nab the criminals.
