Woman killed, another injured; 2 houses gutted in Kashmir

Srinagar Feb 25 (UNI) One waman was killed and another injured and two houses were gutted in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said.

They said the body of a 32-year-old Hafiza Bano was recovered from Ganiwan Power Canal Reservoir at Ganderbal.

In other incident, a vehicle hit and injured Qudisa, daughter of Ghulam Qadir at Kawoosa, Magam, in the central Kashmir district of Badgam.

She was hospitalised.

Two houses were gutted at Baramulla and Anantnag late last night.

The cause of the fire was still not known, they added.
