Kanpur varsity students' protest for their demands

Kanpur, Feb 25 (UNI) Students of the Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj University here today went on rampage over non-fulfillment of their demands.

According to police, the students were decrying for better canteen services and security staff.

The mob damaged the canteen property, besides manhandling the staff.

Later, they staged 'dharna' in the varsity premises and handed over a memorandum, mentioning their demands to the vice chancellor.
