Four militants nabbed in Manipur

Imphal, Feb 23: The Manipur police arrested four militants in separate incidents during the past 24 hours, official sources said here today.

Thoubal police commandos apprehended a Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup (KYKL) cadre from Thoubal district yesterday.

Thoubal Superintendent of Police Th Radheshyam said a Peoples Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) and a United National Liberation Front (UNLF) ultra were also nabbed.

In another incident, Imphal West district police commandos arrested another militant.

Meanwhile, police identified five people, including three Kuki Revolutionary Army cadres, who were killed at Senapati district yesterday by suspected Kuki rebels.
