Three-day Asian Conference of Agriculture and Rural Health

Aurangabad, Feb 22 (UNI) A three-day Asian Conference of Agriculture and Rural Health commenced here today to discuss integrated approach for achieving development goals in Asia.

Dr Ashok Patil, president, International Association of Agricultural and Medicine and Rural Health, and Pravara Medical Trust (PMT) CEO, presided over the event.

To ensure environmental sustainability and develop a global partnership for development would be the focus of the conference, Dr Patil said while speaking on the occasion.

Over 300 delegates from Australia, China, Germany and other countries are participating in the discussion and would draw up an 'Aurangabad declaration' during the three-day conference.
