Sonia to address rally at Kanpur next month

New Delhi, Feb 22 (UNI) Congress President Sonia Gandhi will address a public rally at Kanpur on March 29.

The rally would mark the culmination of a two-day delegates session of Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee (UPCC) begining on March 28.

AICC General Secretary Rahul Gandhi would attend all the proceedings during the two-day session.

AICC General Secretary Digvijay Singh today held a meeting with Mr Rahul Gandhi and finalised the details of the programme.
