HC directs filing of status report in Lavalin case

Kochi, Feb 22 (UNI) Kerala High Court today directed the CBI to file a status report on the investigation into the SNC Lavalin case.

A division bench comprising Chief Justice H L Dattu and Justice K M Joseph gave the direction after hearing a petition filed by T P Nandakumar alleging that there was no proper investigation in the case.
