Parsvnath to start Rs 280 cr 'Parsvnath Mall' project

New Delhi, Feb 21 (UNI) Realty major Parsvnath Developers Ltd will today perform the earth-breaking ceremony for the construction of its 'Parsvnath Mall' project, which will entail an investment of about Rs 280 crores.

''Located at Rohini, the mall is spread over a total area of approximately 7,300 sqm, offering a saleable area of about 2.63 lac sq ft,'' a company statement said.

Parsvnath had won the bid for land in an auction by Delhi Development Authority (DDA) last year.

The Mall will also offer the facility of an exclusive club with provisions for fitness centre, spas, swimming pool besides making the mall an ideal place for shopping, entertainment with elaborate food courts.

Parsvnath is also developing malls on six DMRC stations on Build-Operate-Transfer basis in the city and has successfully handed over seven DMRC Projects.
