Ma Foi enters strategic alliance with BBT Worldwide

Chennai, Feb 20 (UNI) Ma Foi, a leading management consultant company today announced that it had entered into a strategic alliance with BBT world wide to address specialised manpower requirements in the construction and retail sectors.

Talking to newspersons here, company Managing Director K Pandia Rajan said "through this alliance, we will offer a unique value proposition to companies in the construction and retail sectors by leveraging on BBT's global network of offices, for bringing in expatriate talent into India".

"The portfolio will include expatriate sales and marketing professionals", he added.

He said this joint venture also helps the company to move up the value chain, by enabling us to offer a global resourcing model of these sectors in India.

"Simultaneously, BBT would be able to leverage on the brand equity that we have built for ourselves in India", he claimed.

Mr Pandia Rajan pointed out the Indian construction industry, which was experiencing exponential growth was expected to grow at 25 to 30 per cent over the next three years.

"This sector faces a huge challenge in, terms of human resources as the demand supply gap for quality civil engineers was widening rapidly", he said adding "the demand has pushed the salaries upward by 20 to 25 per cent across all levels".
